- Buildings, heights, storeys, years: BD TOPO (IGN), whose years come from the land-tax files (fichiers fonciers). Licence Ouverte 2.0.
- Boundary: geo.api.gouv.fr. Parcels: cadastre Etalab. Water: BD TOPO. Street names: OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL.
- Historic monuments: Mérimée, Ministère de la Culture. Licence Ouverte.
- Energy labels and some years: energy performance certificates (DPE), ADEME. Licence Ouverte 2.0.
- Names, photos, stories: Wikidata, Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons; each photo credits its author and licence.
Method
About half of the buildings have a year in the land-tax files; the others take the year their energy certificates give,
are dated by when IGN first mapped them (after 2017), or are estimated from dated neighbours. Where the monument register
dates a building earlier, the register wins. Approximate years are paler and marked “c.”. BD TOPO has no roof shapes:
each building is drawn as one block at its height.

Méthode
Environ la moitié des bâtiments ont une année dans les fichiers fonciers ; les autres prennent celle de leurs diagnostics
énergétiques, sont datés par leur première apparition dans la BD TOPO (après 2017) ou estimés d’après leurs voisins datés.
Quand le registre des monuments historiques date un bâtiment plus tôt, le registre l’emporte. Les années approximatives sont
plus pâles et marquées « c. ». La BD TOPO ne décrit pas les toits : chaque bâtiment est un bloc à sa hauteur.
